I don't think Gather The Townsfolk fits this theme. Also not sure if you have enough allies to make the ones you do have worth having. Personally I'd add Champion of the Parish as he is a soldier but you also have a lot of humans. Also think Precinct Captain fits nicely in to the deck and its curve. I'd also have another Odric and Captain as your chances of pulling either of them is very slim!

The allies are just a subtheme. This is a white weenie deck. The purpose is just to swarm my opponent with cheap soldiers. Every single card in this deck produces cheap white, vanilla creatures. That is why it's a weenie deck
And I think the cards I suggested instead of your allies fit your white weenie theme and have better synergy with the other cards in your deck.
I'm also trying to keep it budget, and the ally sub theme is cheaper, however, I've been proxying, and the results, IMHO, show that the two are more or less equal, at least in my play group.
