Deck Description

This is a casual non-competitive soldier deck that is Legacy legal. I'm not expecting this deck to win at tournaments, so please refrain from criticizing the deck in that regard.

Deck Analysis:
The deck attempts to swarm the opponent with soldiers almost every turn.

1) Sensei's Divining Top is there to control my draws. I often find that by the mid-game I'm drawing land when I don't need it or non-land when I need land.

2) Basilisk Collar is used since it's relatively inexpensive, and I don't have access to Uwezawa's Jitte, Sword of FIre and Ice, or Sword of Light and Shadow. The deathtouch ability of the collar allows me to hold off larger creatures. The lifelink ability prolongs my existence in the game.

3) Mosquito Guard is a 1-drop first strike creature. In case I draw this card mid or late game, where it may not be as useful, I can use its reinforce activated ability.

4) Ballyrush Banneret to reduce casting costs of soldiers.

5) Veteran Armorsmith is a nice WW soldier to buff my other soldiers.

6) Field Marshal, although affecting all soldiers (not just my own), is just too efficient to ignore. It provides first strike and buffing to all soldiers.

7) Daru Warchief reduces the casting cost of soldiers and also buffs my soldiers.

8) Captain of the Watch provides more buffing to my soldiers and adds soldier tokens. If I managed to cast Ballyrush Banneret or Daru Warchief earlier in the game, Captain of the Watch will be less costly to cast.

9) Mutavault is all creature types when animated. Since it will be a soldier when animated, it will benefit from the soldier buffs.

You should take out the two tectonic and add in the Emeria land.
