Definitely need Cosi's ravager, maybe Geyser Glider, too. If you wanted to add some blue some really good cards would be Vapor Snare and Tideforce Elemental.

Ummm....I have my own Ally deck (cause they're tankish!). Before it was all colored supreme, but I got it down to red/green/black since that where most of them seem to be the best. My advice is to add more Ally creatures in there and things that allow you to bring back creatures from the graveyard. Also, if you have things that allow you to return permanents to your hand, thats helpful, too considering most Allies come with the effect where one enters it gets a +1 / +1. That's just what I have to offer. =]
