Deck Description

Well, as I made my standard MBC, I really wanted to find some way to completey abuse -1/-1 counters. But, with that being said, poison... is a bit of a joke in standard.
So, what ability can LEAVE it's mark (like poison) but swing in for actual damage?
Wither :D

SO, let's say all my opponent's creatures are weakened by -1/-1s, and I drop a massacre wurm; That's really going to hit hard.

And if, again, my opponent's creatures are already weakened, this pushes Drana, Kalastria bloodchief's ability one step up, seeing how I wont need to pay all that much to get a kill in, and pump up Drana.

So, haven't tested this yet, seeing how I'm only a standard player, trying to extend my magic skills, but if I do find a place to play extended (or type 1, same thing) i'll definitely work on putting this deck in action. (:

NOTE: not really familiar with a lot of "staple" extended cards, so please, FILL ME IN!!!!
And also, opinions on bitterblossom in this deck? I really love that card, everything about it is just so... Iunno, I just like it. Faeries in general are sweet, lol.
But still, opinions are WELCOMED :D

The deck is a bit mana intensive, three skinrenders, two Drana, and three Wurms is a bit much no?

I like it, but it seems it could lighten up on the high mana cards.

It amazes me how whenever I notice someone has posted a commented to one of my decks, it's only been a few minutes since the post, lol.
but yeah, i thought about the curve, but was waiting for other suggestions.
maybe replace the skinrenders with fume spitters?

Fume Spitter is one of my favourite cards from the current block, so I'm a bit biased in that one. So yes lol

It's headed in the right direction man, recursive spitter is great for dealing with Blackguard's too.
