needs less o-ring in board, add a divine offering or 2, a surg extract, another bomb cut a purge. swap ur sword count
no way, needs to keep 2 swords, increase chance to get a hit in with token and untap lands for dig at EOT, seems like this deck is just gonna say no to anything huge and deal with everything else on board. pretty solid
I thought there was NO NEED for the sphinx? would swap count at least with titan
eh would prob keep titan as is with the build still would drop a sphinx though
sphinx has no need in my other list, because the images provide such good tempo. In this, if I run out of gas, I lose. And sphinx helps really well against rdw. i don't know where I'm going with this list, I might give my other list another whirl next week, (went 3-1 this week) but rdw has such an amazing matchup vs it :[ this essentially stomps rdw
Marrow shards dude. SB them in and RDW is a lot less of a problem. TImely Reinforcements is another great option against RDW as it can both provide chumps and lower their DT, which is always good =]
marrow shards doesn't handle koth, chandras pheonix, hero, or shrine :c i think this deck will dismantle rdw. the swords are HUGE

Also, hate to ask ya, since you been quite honestly spammed lately, but I'd like your insight on my latest idea for standard. It's my most recent deck, all the way at the end. Was excited about a Filth deck...but then I was reminded I can't use Bloodghast or Vine anymore...so that killed it =/

I ran my blade deck this weekend also and I believe the images arr a must it ran so good with him also played 2 minshricker for 1u 1colorless and mill boost it was amazing. You should look at that guy he's so good with image and titan. Just a though. Also went 3-1lost to a ub image control o.O ya it wasn't good I got smoked but everything thing else was slaughtered.

I made something similar but did not go with the snapcaster mages. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=239616 I bought a box and surprisingly enough I only got 1, count them 1, Snapcaster mage. Entire box I tell you. The mage is awesome, I will not deny that. But like I said in the description, I would rather sell them and buy more cards. I plan on using proxies for what I don't have to see how the deck will play out with and without mages. Also want to try it with 4 quicksilver amulets. I believe that the Snapcaster Mage will be banned like Big Jace and Stoneforge Mystic. A card like that is hot but for anybody to be competitive, they will need Snapcaster to play.
You know what? I bought 3 boxes, and in two of them got each got a Garruk, but in all three I didn't get ANY Lili's or Snappy's. I have 1 of each but I got them each three separate booster packs. I was so unlucky on that part (I wanted the Liliana and Snapcaster more than the Garruk, but I still do like Garruk a lot)
I really love Snappy in here....and everywhere else. Imo, Marrow Shards would be better than Timely Reinforcements, since you do have the Snapcaster
Recomendation: 5plains 7islands, i think it will help

Maybe throw in a rebuke or to to prevent any early games attacks, and a Geist of Saint Traft for good luck? Good deck, this should be a beast
How is this new? I mean no offense it's just the same old U/W control with swords. It's a good deck but nothing new about it.
Something new as apposed to green white...? lol what I usually play. and also, there are no squad hawks. if you know of any caw blade deck that doesn't run squad hawks, let me know ;P
No offense but using midnight haunting make it basically caw-blade. I didn't mean to be a downer but i was actually hoping for something new ;P
thats the point of midnight hauntings, it's 2 squad hawks for 3 mana at instant speed in which i can flashback via snap daddy. when i said trying something new i meant new for me, lol ive never ran caw blade.
Nice. I love cawblade honestly. I realize it's the "bad guy" of decks now because of its dominant position it had. However, since the bannings it's just a good deck with a lot of game in general. UW control has always been among my favorites. It's cool to see you trying it out in various versions.:)

this looks great ! snapcaster is sooOoo cool ive just built my own sort of different version of the regular deck ideas involving him but is still very much innistrad inspired could you take a look please ?, now onto this one..... soooOo much early control then the snapcasters recycling it all i relly think it will be so strong !, i do understand why your running sphyinx its a shame you cant work another titan in to keep those snapcaster mages comming back, not 100% what i'd loose though, with so much control you could prob get away with 1 less doj and i guess your land is high incase you loose them to the g/y ? looks a damn good deck not much from me really but thats only because i got nothing bad to say all positive for me brother

Thank god Innistrad contains some good artifact hate so I can simultaneously hate out Pod, Tempered Steel and all these (Creature)-blade decks. I know using blades is awesome and all, but I hope they never centralize the metagame again like they did before bannings. Innistrad deserves more then to be the playground of Scars block mythics.
why not more suntitan to recast swords in case your opponent gets rid of them?
