A Dimir - work in progress - casual deck I am working on. I am trying to balance it out with creatures who can defend, and/or stop my opponent from attacking/ are unblockable, but also to have enough milling power so I can mill my opponent.
Blade, Balustrade Spy, Sage's Row Denizen, Undercity Informer are your main creatures for milling.The milling power of the Trepanation Blade should not be underestimated when equipped on an unblockable creature. If the creature is not unblockable, make it so with Rogue's Passage.

It's mostly build out of spares, unfortunately. Working on it though!
Then I'd say it's easier and cheaper to get 4 leyline of singularity! :D
