Maybe do the deck blue/green with proliferate. You need to protect yourself from Pingers and direct damage. Nice Turbo-fog type idea.

Agree. This clearly covers all combat damage, but doesn't stop someone from spells like Shock or Lightning Strike.
I would add a few lightning greaves to protect your win con. And probably a few isochron sceptors.
