Trying to focus on Tainted Sigil and Vizkopa Guildmage. Not just looking for the Exquisite Blood combo, threw it in as a backup.
Pretty straight forward. Lifelink and extort with Vizkopa Guildmage's ability. Looking for a finisher besides exquisite blood combo.

Just an fyi Vizkopa's second ability with exquisite blood on the field also triggers auto win so id say remove sanguine bond and put in two chalice of life, also remove vindicate and add Vamprie Nighthawk (for anti-fling since you have none right now) also add two elixirs so you can get any killed creatures back, extort them, and gain life. Also take out the gates and add more basic land, this gives you more swamps to utilize crypt ghast. Yea sanguine bond seems slightly redundant, I know about the Guildmage's ability loop just kinda threw this together not really knowing what I was doing lol. But yea the land will be different, probably 4 fetid heaths in place of the guildgate. I didn't even think about the chalice of life though that's a nice idea. Not sure what I want to do with vindicate though, didn't realize its a $20 card when I put it in. Not sure about the nighthawk though, the point of vindicate was to get rid of any artifacts/ enchantments or activated abilitys. Hmm maybe some pithing needles are in order. Thanks for the tips though I really appreciate the help
Since you're going black white go oblivion ring over vindicate, and if you dont want to swap something for nighthawk, just add it, nothing saying a deck has to be exactly 60

Infinte life, fun combination. Vamp Nighthawks always go a long way in black decks. If you are killing creatures or they're dying, maybe use Blood Artist
blood baron of vizkopa wouldn't be a bad secondary finisher, hes strong and is supported by the theme of gaining life. Since your not going standard, I might drop out some of the extort cards except for Crypt Ghast and focus on a cheap selection of early game life gaining. Which would make divinity and blood baron ridiculously good in the deck. il get back to you with some more ideas, good looking deck

I made the deck so it focuses more on the power of Vizkopa Guildmage, allowing you to do tons of damage for cheap costs. I put exanguinate in because you have Crpt Ghast, which could make him much more useful. I did change some key things, but I kept a number of cards you had originally put in, but tweaked it to give you more power and earlier threats. Let me know what you think
