So I was drafting KTK with my buddies the other day, and my friend was genuinely happy when his first pack contained the rare... Altar of the Brood. He didn't understand why it sucked, so I told him I'd make a deck (online of course) that would actually make altar of the brood relevant. so, the goal of this deck is to make Altar of the Brood decently relevant to true mill, which is why I focused this deck on token generation and land. I know it's not the most efficient, or competitive.

I agree its only use is brago edh where it wins you the game super quick, but usually it sucks
