Start rolling the snowball with Hedron Crab, or low cost sorceries.Almost all of the spells in the deck are "target player", and the only way you could really mill yourself is not paying attention to Dreamborn (though, if you have the right spells in hand, Dreamborn won't be quite as dangerous to you as it is to your opponent.)Of course, if you want to end it faster, I've added Consuming Aberration. 30 cards in your opponents graveyard? Great! You can now summon a 30/30 5 drop.

Also, replacing tome scour with 4 stream of thought will enable you to play increasing confusion from the grave faster.
