Maybe add Helm of the ghastlord as a drawing ability.? You may also need more counter spells to manage everything else. swan song would be great.

I'd drop twiddle for something that turns their creatures into 0/1 lamb tokens and two of your signal of sleeps for that artifact that gives your creatures deathtouch. I'm really tired and can't think straight...lol, I like your deck. Goodluck
Go for Basilisk Collar for deathtouch! Also great combined with Goblin Shaprshooter for total board control.Anyways, I do like those ping creatures.
Psionic blast would be "burnlike" the rest of the deck is clasified as "ping"
Thorndike staff allows a creature to ping damage and when a creature is put into a graveyard, it untaps. Put that onto a deathtouch creature to clear a board.
However it needs 2 mana each time you want to use it.
You need one of the infinite mana engines that pauper has for this to really be effective.freed from the real might let you untap your creatures once in a while but with out a whole bunch of mana to go with it I think you are asking too much of it. It's really not going to do well with the crazy amounts of Delver Control that the Pauper meta has.
