This is very nice deck. I never thought of using mortician or morbid with evoke XD

This is very nice deck! I think instead of replacing the guards, it may be better to replace the syndic since screecher gives you a flier with the same effect and toughness (and the syndic doesn't have anything but extort).

Also, I think the Ghasts may be useful in the long run because it gives you extra mana for larger exsanguinate and debt, as well as for activating the extorts.

For sideboard, I would suggest Go for the Throat/Doom Blades (in place for ultimate price).

But all in all, awesome XD

Very nice deck! I would suggest Glint Hawks over the Court Homunculi. I don't know much about modern, so I don't know if GH is allowed, but they would be 1-drop 2/2 with flying if you have your zero-drop artifact creatures XD

Indeed. What would you recommend in place for it?

Maybe rolling stones? Since most creatures in this deck are not walls (unless defenders count as walls), rolling stones would not be very effective here. Journey to Nowhere or Oblivion Ring could replace them XD

No, but Merchant is since it takes from each opponent XD

Thank you for your comments! In fact, I did make a different mono-black deck for that purpose. Please have a look at that one as well XD. Also, this deck was built for multiplayer, as noted in the tags. In that case, would this deck be viable?

Since it's blue/white, Holy Day may fit better than Fog.

Very nicely done! The only things I may add here are things to pump up the Saprolings, like Overrun, Overwhelming Stampede, or Craterhoof Behemoth since you'll have lots and lots of creatures. Also, splashing in blue for counters may be useful since Saprolings are weak to removals (a elecktrickery might kill them all!)

But that said, it's really cool deck. I'd make it if I had the money :)

Great mana ramp! The only card I might suggest is Battle Hymn for even more ramp :)

The only problem I found was that the cards were somewhat expensive. I try to stay as budget as possible, so it might not be possible for me to use all (or most) of the suggested cards. But, I'll try anyways.

And as you suggested, I'll also go and see your decks :)

Thank you for your suggestions! I'll take them into account as I try to make another mill deck.

I used the first two since they can be cast without mana if necessary.

Thank you for your suggestions! I'll replace divination with Mutagenic Growth, and maybe ghostform with Vastwood.
