With Minotaurs, you don't block - you simply, mindlessly, attack. Shaman/warcaller give the minotaurs the necessary attack boost, while Grisly Transformation and Warchanter give intimidate. Spiteful Returned allows you to deal damage even if the minotaurs are blocked.
