Use your fliers and unblockables for dealing damage. The key card is shrewd hatchling (turn 4 drop; most cards are red and blue, so it should be a 4/4 next turn).

If you want to make an Izzet-flavor deck, you should include more instant/sorceries. Wee Dragonauts are great, and if you want to inlcude more creatures, you should include creatures like Blistercoil Weird or Nivix Cyclops. Check out Izzet Charm and more burn spells like Shock, Searing Spear or Pillar of Flame. If you want more flavor, add Goblin Test Pilot or Volatile Rig.I would drop Shrew Hatchling, since when it comes out, it's a 2/2 and there's many things that can kill it then if it comes at turn 4.
