Most standard mill decks try to burst the opponents deck with mill spells like tome scour and mind funeral. I tried to make a mill deck that focuses on the longer matches and can mill out multiple opponents. This deck was also fun to build sinse i started playing magic right when return to ravnica came out. I thought that the crosstown courier was the most useless card I've ever seen, but now its my main wincon.
The first couple rounds should focus on taking out threats with spheres and counters. (I might need to sideboard some things to protect me from Aggro decks) Get out a courier with a couple enchantments. Ethereal armor should make him good and beefy. Optimal would be to cipher a mill spell to the courier.In the late game you should be protected by a sphere of safety or a fat aberration.

Congratulations on being the first designer to play chronic flooding WITH something that taps lands (sphere of safety) !!!You would be surprised to know that I have seen about 30+ decks using the flooding without any thing to tap lands.Usually I would rip their head of with complaints about it, but you get to be credited with being clever instead :DFor that I "like" your deck...
