This is just a fun +1/+1 counter deck, it's meant to be kind of friendly. It's not a bad deck, but not super competitive, and one that you would not bring to a big tournament. I made a deck similar to this one at my FNM draft - although I didn't pull 2 verdurous gearhulks - just with much more card variety.
This deck is a powerhouse if you can make a creature with trample big, or give a big creature trample. What I love doing is making Fairground Trumpeter huge by buffing everyone else, or by shifting back and forth between Bandars. Then you can give it trample and swing with a 10/10 Pima Outrider, and than start to worry your opponent with a large Cultivator of Blades.
