Just use the Rally power, Alhammarret's Archive helps you gain life fast, Gideon is there to trigger Rally powers with his +0, and I won't say no to a 5/5 with indestructible.

I really like it, but my problem is the number of plains in the deck for trying to play Gideon. Because Gideon isn't an ally when cast, you need to have 2 plains and the odds are against that happening.
