Black/Blue extort. Nothing terribly fancy here, but there is the possibility for some combos. Built using cards I had laying around; if I had more Sensei's Divining Top and a few other small things, they'd be in here, but I do not, so they are not. Suggestions are welcome.
You want to have at least one extort creature in your opening hand. Play that, then go nuts with the low-cost cards. If you happen to get both Sensei's Divining Tops, you can (with enough mana) continuously draw/play/extort/switch until you run out. This process can go even longer if you have an Etherium Sculptor, as you can play Sensei's Divining Top for nothing. Exsanguinate can provide you with a quick finisher once you have a good amount of land and you've extorted enough times.
