The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...
Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!
Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.
Please comment and let me know what I can do to improve this. It has worked very well in Free-for-all games but people start shooting for you early on in the game. Comments are glorious :-)

Stuffy doll is quite hilarious with pestilence, vigor can be as well if you find yourself splashing green. Also, protection from black doesn't work for your creatures since pestilence is a global effect (like how wrath of god still kills progenitus).

You might consider Doom Blade instead of fatal blow, or a combination of the two. It costs only one colorless more, which you would have to spend in black to activate pestilence before using Fatal Blow anyway. Doom Blade might also come in handy if you need to get rid of something before Pestilence gets out, but its weakness is its inability to affect black creatures. Also, protection from black works just fine for your creatures, as I am sure you already know. (It prevents the damage, regardless of Pestilence's lack of targetting requirement.)
