The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...
Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!
Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.
This is an Izzet storm deck! It's designed to use High Tide to get obscene amounts of mana and cast one of the target spells, such as Epic Experiment, a large Empty the Warrens, or Ignite Memories. Or you can just play a Sphinx Bone wand and go to town with cheap spells (10 spells to kill a single opponent, 4 more to kill the next!). Or even better, sometimes you can combo with a Young Pyromancer or Talrand in play, and just get a bunch of drake tokens! This is my second EDH deck, so feel free to give any advice!
Some notes on playing this deck: Merchant's Scroll is a premium spell in the deck. Use it to find Turnabout or Firemind's Foresight usually. You need Melek to really go off, since every time you cast a spell off the top, you not only get the effect twice, but you reveal the next card. Sometimes it can be a bummer, cause it's just a land, creature, or artifact, but that's why there are so many shuffle effects in the deck! Realmwright seems terrible, but he's awesome. He's tutorable with Vedalken Aethermage, and can make mountains, Reliquary tower, Desolate Lighthouse, or any of your lands produce their normal color and a blue when High Tide is active! If you're lacking in U after High tide, try to tutor for a twiddle effect like Frantic Search! While it's card disadvantage technically, it will untap two lands to let you continue comboing.Don't be afraid to cast "value" Epic Experiments! You've got 1 way to shuffle the entire graveyard back into the deck, as well as 2 ways to recur it in the deck, and plenty of ways to tutor those effects. Sometimes, you really need to hit some cantrips, and an Experiment for 5 will do it. Incidental Infinite Combo: Reiterate + Turnabout +7 mana. Have fun!

Talrand would produce some solid value here as would Keranos.
