I'm not sure how this is a mill deck, you only have a few creatures and a few other sorcery/instant/enchantments that mill cards from opponents. Are you just trying to draw cards of your own until you can play jace or tome scour? I'd also take out krovikan sorcerer and find a spell book to keep your hand size unlimited.
