I'm honestly just starting MTG, been playing for about two weeks now, and I just decided to look up what deck I could potentially make based on the cards I already had. I got lucky and got "Elbrus, The Binding Blade" in my first booster pack. I had a few cards, like "Moonmist" and "Full Moon's Rise" that affected wolves, as well as some Wolf cards and a few Werewolves, so I decided to make a deck based around that.
I also like sticking to 60 cards in any card game, just a habit, lets you draw the cards you need sooner.
