Deck Description

This deck clears everything off your opponent's side of the field.

Use the elves to mana ramp yourself up to some deathtouch creatures. Naturalize enchantments (or acidic slime them), deathtouch or engulfing-slagwurm creatures, use equipment and auras to allow deathtouch creatures to clear opponent's playing field. Use Spider umbra to create a defensive block. If facing green, sub out the bellowing tanglewurm for something more useful (like fog!). If facing flying, sub in plummet. If facing a fast deck, try using the lifegain or accorder's shield. USE Vines of Vastwood both offensively (on your own attacking creature) and defensively (on an opponent's creature as he tries to equip an aura/instant)

Warning: this deck causes psychological problems in your opponents... in multiplayer games you may be targeted more frequently and/or wiped out first.

P.S. in an ideal world, I might have +2 Fog, +1 Naturalize & Plummet, maybe even another Vines of Vastwood in my sideboard instead of Wellwisher & lifegift, but I don't have those at the moment, so for now I leave them out.

Deck discussion for Calling of the Wurms

This deck would be 10x better if it was mana ramped. I have a wurm deck that has won tournaments and its mana ramp with all wurms and a few eldrazi

What would you recommend to tweak it to be a more efficient ramp?

As far as I can tell, the Joraga Treespeakers and Sylvan Rangers do an excellent job of mana ramping... I can guarantee at least 1 of either in both of my hands, and an average of 2 forests on opening hand. And land isn't usually an issue.
