Should consider adding a Furnace of Rath to your deck. It basically doubles the damage you inflict upon your opponents, perfect for a burn deck, though its effects will also work against yourself. Char and Fireblast seems too costly in this deck, maybe replace them with Volcanic Hammer or Lava Spike, they both deal 3 damage, but the cost is 2 or less. You can also probably take out the Wheel of Fortune, seeing how it really does not do much for this deck. Please check and comment on my own burn deck or any other my decks.

I would add Banefire
and spitting earth
