It's best if the Ancestor is in your starting hand so that you can defend yourself for the first turn or two until your other creatures hit the board. Your Duress and Despise spells all help to remove threats and prepare you for what's to come. The key card is Master of the Feast. This combined with Fate Unraveler and Damnable Pact create a very potent attack. The drain life cards ("deal x damage and gain x life") and the lifelink cards then ensure your domination by keeping your life total intact. This deck is merciless at its best and tough to beat even at its worst. Nykthos, Shrine to Nix is an experimental feature that gives me a powerful final blow combo with Damnable Pact.
