I made this deck to be more of a budget deck. I bought this deck a while ago and it only cost me around $30. Demonic Tutor is waaaaaaay too expensive. It That Betrays would be a nice addition though. Thanks for the feedback! Check out my Noggle deck too??????????
I recommend that you focus this deck more on reanimating. You don't really need cards like Ponder and Brainstorm. More creatures would also be a good idea. A good combo I use to get big creatures out by turn 2 is:Turn 1- Swamp+Putrid ImpTurn 2- Swamp+Putrid imp's ability+ExhumeI have a reanimating deck you could take a look at if you would like some ideas. Every time I play with my friends, I never lose with my reanimating deck.I hope this helps ^_^
Any recommendations for better mobs?I prefer to be able to have a variety of mobs to choose from. One for every scenario.

Instead of Blasphemous Act, you could use Slagstorm. Three mana for 3 damage to each creature or player.
Instead of Vampire Hounds, You should try Putrid Imp. Cheaper and quicker in my mind.
