not quite a mill deck, this deck focuses on getting Circu out and then pounding the opponent with low mana cost spells
delay the opponent until you get Circu, Dimir Lobtomist out and try to get arcane melee out, but then you just pound with low manacost spells

You should try to add more creatures like balustrade spy or deathcult rouges because they are hard to deal with also add mill cards like tome scour, mind sculpt, and paranoid delusions.
