I would limit this deck to U/G. throw in call to heel and Omnath for more tokens (w/kick) also use howling mine and font of mythos with magosi.
I like aether tradewinds better than call to heel.
maybe for this deck call to heel is better
depends on if you want control or draw. either will work
my idea is block constructed (zendikar and worldwake only). also it should be turn 4 not turn 3. sorry about the error. The White in the deck is to gain life to give more time to deck your opponent and a secondary win condition using the evangle to allow your creatures to attack unimpeeded.
