Sorry to comment on such an old deck, but I'm a big fan. This combines one of my favorite mechanics with some really fun cards. I might leave out Chance Encounter, with Goblin Bomb as the only card that flips coins, getting that initial luck counter would be tricky.They'd be awful in an opening hand, but maybe a splash of Dwarven Hold, Sand Silos, Mercadian Bazaar, or Saprazzan Cove could lead into a huge pile of proliferate when you need it at the end.
