Deck Description

skullclamp the weenies into the graveyard searching for the masticores when you find one, you should have cards in hand and the graveyard full, to both sustain and power them, all the weenies you can pop back to play to clamp at will and trigger gravepact, choose when to exile them for the masticores lots of mana in here lets you remove multiple cards at a time for powerful masticores

necrotic ooze all the power of a masticore but no discarding !

They do work well its just keeping the balance, and I've picked another couple up recently so I can add them buts its the old what can I afford to loose thing, everything in here serves a purpose, cheers for the comment it does confirm how well they work.

SMALL POX! Seriously... you discard, sac a creature and land... you've got enough land, you have the recursion, and the oozes make solid work of your discards... do it!

Ha ha what are the chances I've just come on here to add x2 small pox and here u are commenting on the same thought, great minds mate, I'm sticking 2 in at the expense of the culling dias as they are ment as an alternative to the skull clamp if they don't come out but in truth are to slow, and the smallpox will still force them to sac a creatuire rather than relying on the culling dias teaming up with the gravepact, I'd add 2 more however as I agree there perfect in here and I'd like 4 to guarentee getting one early as I've seen an early small pox just wreck decks, but not sure what else I can loose, any advice ?

Greg above makes a good point that the bloodghast work very well in here but again its what to loose

I'd say lose at least one Skeleton... You only need one and then they never go away, so drawing a second is kinda a bad draw.

Maybe get rid of one more Memnite and that should get your Bloodghast spots opened... You could probably rid of all your Memnite's, add another Metalworker, 2 Bloodghast, and a Smallpox?

Also, I've built a few decks... The last 3 on my profile are all tons of fun and I'd like some feedback, especially on the mythic one.

thanks mate sound advice i feel ive dropped x 4 menmites rather than loose a skellie i am down to 15 creatures which should be fine with all the card draw but just incase i wanna make sure i always have creatures to bounce back i do worry slightly though as i need to leave some creatures in the gy to fire the masticores !, i'll play test em a bit, but i do think your right, the menmites seem weakest i mean i can still afford to remove the bloodghasts and skellies from my graveyard with the masticores if i do this the go i kill em right lol.

ive got a deck to post then i'll be sure to check your new work.

ive decided i like the speed of the menmites and i only have 2 bloodghasts spare for now so ive gone 2 and 2 seems a reasonaabe balance and tbf the deck is performing, should i get hold of anoher couple of bloodghasts i may tinker further but for now hey
