Deck discussion for They're Just Faggots

This is my first real and complete deck. I just started playing when NP came out, so that's why all the cards are from that set. =P Let me know what you think. =]

Try to get a hold of Mana Leaks instead of Psychic Barrier. And I would also recomment using Xenograft to turn all of your creatures into Golems. That way, even the Splicers get a little bonus from themselves.

Also, take out Blinding Souleater and try using Precursor Golems and come protection spells like Apostle's Blessing.

maybe contagion engine and emblazed golem might help. contagion engine for proliferating. emblazed is a golem that only cost 2 to play. i love this combo. coretapper+contagion+magistrate's scepter=infinite turns. the reason i mentioned this is cuz coretapper helps golem decks out a lot just the lil guy isnt in any of the decks i looked at except mine

Thanks for the replies. I definitely see the benefit to having Mana Leak over Psychic Barrier. Xenograft seems a bit expensive for the effect, but I've only tested this deck against my friend's extremely aggressive infect deck. I would never really get the chance to use something like that. As for the Precurser Golem, wouldn't that allow them to use something such as "Destroy target creature" and effectively clean off my board with one spell? I can see where Apostles Blessing would be useful there, but as I read it, the effect works for any player.

Sorry ronin, I forgot to mention I would like to keep the deck in standard format. Thank you for the input though. ^_^

Also, do you think I have too few mana in the deck? I seem to be coming up short on mana almost every game I play. I'm not sure if the deck is built poorly or if I just have horrible luck.
