Anti-Goblin Control Deck Version 1. This is based on a few strategies: 1. Keep his creatures (Goblins) tapped for most of the game! "Mudslide" will be used for this, but there will be no getting around Haste, so he'll be able to attack at least once (upon creature entrance). 2. Use "Ashling's Prerogative" to make all even or odd creatures come into play tapped. Note that the rule states that the creature COMES INTO PLAY TAPPED, so they cannot bring them into play, attack or use some ability that requires tapping EVEN IF THEY ALREADY HAVE HASTE: http://www.magicdeckvortex.com/forum/showthread.php?16194-Ashling-s-Prerogative-question 3. Once you get the 2nd "Ashling's Prerogative" in, then ALL CREATURES will come into play tapped and then "Mudslide" will keep all (non-flying) creatures tapped!!! 4. Burn him to death with Lightning bolt and other burn spells. 5. Steal his ALREADY TAPPED creatures w/ "Threaten", and attack him with it to win the game. You can steal his creatures at any time, but doing so early on will allow him to regain that creature UNTAPPED. But that's ok since he'll only be getting ONE creature back untapped! 6. Late Game: Use "Stronghold Discipline" to punish your opponent (lose 1 life) for each creature he controls! -------------- Not sure if I want to keep this strategy in but.... 6.
