Add verdant catacombs! also i would think with a deck based on landfall, you should have 4 grim discovery. Maybe you could scrap consuming vapors for it. Consuming vapors doesn't really seem work that well in the deck. It also raises the mana curve. I think you should take out all 3 consuming vapors, and replace one with grim discovery and 2 with llanowar elves, you might make more room for 4 llanowar elves by getting rid of 2 duress, and i would definitely add harrow to this deck. good luck

It needs more landfall cards avenger zendikar is nice but I would find a way to put in 4 birds of paradise and llanawar elfs verdict catacombs is a must check out my green black its a must c and I have plenty of ramp
Once you get a titan down, getting to 10 mana shouldn't be too hard. What about adding a couple sadistic sacrament? If you can resolve one, it's almost a automatic win. Even if you don't kick it, against control decks you can take out half their win conditions or more. And it's even better against combo decks like pyromancer's ascension. If they only have 1 ascension left to look for, their game plan gets pretty rough.
Also, for all that landfall, I'm surprised not to see any lotus cobra, arguably the best landfall creature of them all.
