Is Jarad Lich Lord And Grave Betrayal a Combo?

Well, I was playing with a friend the other day and came across this question?
Once a creature my opponent has dies, it comes to me. Now, I "own" it. Once I sacrifice it, does it hit MY grave or HIS?
If the answer is "his", will it come to me again? Will I be able to sacrifice it again?
BTW, he had a Metalwork Colossus and I could sacrife it.

Thanks for the help!

Simple answer: It will hit his and you won't get it again.

Detailed answer:
When Grave Betrayal kicks in, creating a delayed triggered ability, and brings the creature back on the battlefield under your control, the ownership doesn't change. (See Rule 108.3: The owner of a card in the game is the player who started the game with it in his or her deck). When you now sacrifice it for Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord's ability, you sacrifice a creature you control and thus Grave Betrayal won't kick in and the card is returned to his graveyard.
When your opponent is able to remove the creature from his graveyard you won't get the card. So your opponent could have used Metalwork Colossus ability, sacrifice two artifacts and return it to his hand to 'counter' Grave Betrayal's effect.
