Its a mono white turbo fog deck on a strict budget.

May you have a look on it and can answer some questions.
This three questions are in my mind:
1. Is there enough card draw? If not, what would be the suggestions for a budget deck
2. Are the win condition strong enough? Whats your suggestions for a win condition?
3. Any other suggestions for this deck will be welcome
