i can't do anything

I can still look at other people's decks as well as my own but I can't modify my own nor can i log out of my account.

I cant do anything either. I can view my decks that I created years ago by searching my username, but clicking "My Decks" shows "Nothing to see here, move along". Additionally, there's no button for me to create a new deck.
