Non-Modern showing as Modern Legal

It looks like non-Modern cards are showing up as Modern legal on the Vault. I've reported an individual card before and noticed it again just now with Armageddon. A quick search of the Vault's data base show that all the Zendikar Expeditions and Amonkhet Invocations are a potential factor in this wrong format setting. The legality of the Kaladesh Inventions seem to be correctly set.
