Multiple Hermetic study on Horseshoe crab??

Does it work for double damage if i put a second hermetic study on my horseshoe crab.
Or is the tapping action restricted to each hermetic study?

No, this won't work. When you would enchant Horseshoe Crab with 2 Hermetic Study the creature would look like this:

{U}: Untap Horseshoe Crab.
{T}: This creature deals 1 damage to target creature or player.
{T}: This creature deals 1 damage to target creature or player.

So you can tap the Crab for either 1 damage from the first enchantment or from the second, but not from both.
