I'm on the verge of buying a couple From the Vaults Realms sets. I'd like to keep most of 1 of them and sell off the money cards from the other to pay for the first. What are the chances that the cards appreciate enough in the next year or so to make this happen? I can currently get a set for $120 and just the value cards alone appear to be worth more than that, but not even close to cover the cost of a set.

Grove of the Burnwillows sits at 40ish, is that going to go up much from here? Ancient Tomb is sitting at 25ish. I've read a lot of speculation that that card has a lot of potential and room to grow. Vesuva was 20 a bit ago and took a drop with this set (and maybe because of thespians stage?) it's at 10-12 right now, could it hit 20 again? Urborg Tomb has been climbing and talk here seems to think it has nowhere to go but up (barring a large run print) Maze of ith is 25ish, what is the ceiling on this card?
