User accounts with "unchanged viewcounts"

Hey there gary, I've stumbled on a fun little bug in the view counts.
It seems like there is a number of accounts where no matter how many times you view any deck on those accounts the number of views never changes.

If this sounds like an intriguing bug let me know it and I'll direct you to one user account where the views stay consistently at 16 and 17.

Has a deck "gary look into wickeddarkman" which is both unviewable and doesn't accumulate views.
I know from experience that other unviewable decks can still gain views when you try to view them, so perhaps that's a good place to look into the bug ???

This "bug" is stuck with 16 views so just put the search criteria as 16 views and you'll have it.
