[Bug] "Exclude Unselected" filter does not seem to work

Steps to Recreate:
1) Go to Deck Search.
2) Check the White and Green checkboxes
3) Select any Deck Type
4) Select no Search Terms
5) Check the "Exclude Unselected" checkbox

Expected Result:
I expect that the search query would return decks that are mono-white, mono-green, or decks with green and white.

Actual Result:
I get decks with Red, Blue, and Black in them. For example, I might see a UW, UB, or WGR decks in the search results.

Is it a bug, or am I not understanding how the filter works?

Can recreate your problem - so will have a look in a bit.

Gary really wrote this for the Card Search page and I copied it across to the deck search page, but evidently they need to work slightly differently!
