Drudge skeletons: massive apocalyptic horde or small city gang?

Hey guys
I am working on a mono black deck and need some help, i am confused at teh limit of drudge skeletons that are allowed in a deck, is it the regular 4 or is there some higher limit???

To the best of my knowledge Relentless Rats is the only card other than Basic Land that you can have more than 4 of.

Rimebound Dead
Unworthy Dead

These are all similar to Drudge Skeletons, so while you can't have more than four actual copies of them, you can use snow-covered swamps and have 16 functionally identical cards.
