All creatures that could block it, must?

I have a question about the card Prized Unicorn. It says that all creatures that can block it, must block it. But what if a creature blocking it would kill it? Do i still have to block with my other creatures? I'm pretty sure the answer is yes but I wanted to know for sure for the next time I played my friend.

Yes, ALL creatures able to block MUST block. I don't understand why Prized Unicorn's ability isn't lure, it's exactly the same...

Because lure is a card, not an ability...
