Deck Challenge: Cumulative Upkeep

Make a deck that is based around cards with a cumulative upkeep. No you cannot create a mana acceleration deck based around Braid of Fire. I am sorry. You can use it, but that card cannot be the basis. The basis must have a non-beneficial cost.
