the card language is pretty straightforward...would've be easier to explain if you ask specific questions about what you're having trouble understanding.

with this card you need to know the following rules/keywords

-destroy
-regenerate

-tapping creatures to pay a cost

-+20/+20

everything aside from these aspects are just english and should be read and followed accordingly

ask what you need about these rules that you may not understand

It means if you take a bunch of your other creatures that all-together would do 10 damage to someone and tap them (doesn't matter if it's two 5 power creatures or ten 1 power creatures) this creature gets +20/+20.

Thanks Shadowex3. And sorry for being so unspecific but the other thing i'm not sure of is it says if this creature would be destroyed regenerate it. Are there any penalties for doing this, how many times can the creature be regenerated?

The reminder text for Regenerate's actually really good: "The next time this permanent would be destroyed this turn, it isn't. Instead tap it, remove all damage from it, and remove it from combat."

How many times you can do it I don't know, I just know ^^^ That happens the first time.
