if you're going to erase someone's post at least have the common courtesy to message the poster and discuss the issue with them.

I'm getting really fed up with the attitude of certain posters here and the fact that the admins are apparently siding with them makes the site extremely unwelcoming.

next time open a dialogue rather than quashing dissent.
