Spawning Breath Typo?

Okay so I'm pretty sure that the flavor text on Spawning Breath is a misprint, it reads "Death by death, Kozilek's lineage spread." I'm thinking that it should probably be "Birth by death, Kozilek's lineage spread." seeing as how the card deals damage and puts out a spawn token right?

no I think that it meant what it said. Death by death, the lineage spread. Meaning that each death caused a spread in lineage. I doubt that this was an accident.

I think the Eldrazi spawn are supposed to be undead-ish. Not sure though.
