its just played like any other enchantment(not aura), it is played, remains in play and does the effects the card describes

i don't know what you mean by a "creature enchantment"...do you mean aura? if so then no its not an aura

Tribal spells are the same as other spells of the same kind, just since they have a type like "Goblin" or "Elf" they're affected by things that refer to that Type. You can search them out, they may be made to cost less, etc.
