twin cast and explosive vegetation

my friends used twin cast on my explosive vegetation. twin cast copies the targeted spell and allowies him to choose a new target. but explosive Vege. doesnt have a target, it just say to search your library for two lands and put them into play tapped. not target player, jusr "Search your library......" there was no arguement but does he get to copy it for himself? thanks!

He gets his own copy. Because he controls the copy, he'll get to search his library and all that jazz. Twincast doesn't need to target something with a target, it just gives you the option to change the targets of the copy if they're there.
