U4N - Venator Blueprint in Arc Raiders: A Complete Guide
What Makes the Venator Blueprint Rare?
As a Rare blueprint, the Venator is harder to obtain than Common blueprints, but not as elusive as Legendary ones. While there are more valuable blueprints, such as the Aphelion and Torrente, the Venator remains one of the more sought-after items for players focused on semi-automatic weapons. Unlike Legendary blueprints that have specific and often complicated conditions for their drop rates, Rare blueprints like the Venator have a higher chance of being found, albeit with some RNG (random number generation) factors still in play.
How to Find the Venator Blueprint
Locations
The Venator blueprint can technically drop from any container in Arc Raiders, but your chances of getting one are significantly higher in certain areas. These locations are known for their valuable loot, and if you're targeting the Venator specifically, it's best to focus on the following:
Raider Containers: These high-value containers have the best chance of holding Rare and Legendary items like the Venator blueprint.
Security Lockers: Similar to Raider Containers, security lockers often contain high-tier blueprints, including the Venator.
Dam Battlegrounds Control Tower: This is one of the prime locations where players often find Rare blueprints. The Control Tower is a hotspot for high-level loot and contains both Raider Containers and security lockers, making it a great place to farm.
Locked Rooms: These rooms, which require keycards to access, are filled with top-tier loot, including the Venator blueprint. Keep an eye out for keycards during your raids and make sure to explore all locked areas thoroughly.
Spaceport and Blue Gate Maps: These maps contain high-tier loot areas that also increase your chances of finding Rare blueprints, including the Venator.
Conditions That Increase Drop Rates
While loot drops are always random, there are certain conditions in Arc Raiders that can improve your chances of getting Rare blueprints like the Venator:
Night Raids: When you run raids at night, the chances of Rare loot drops are doubled. This is one of the best ways to farm for the Venator blueprint, as the increased drop rate stacks with the higher loot chances in specific areas.
X2 Major Map Conditions: Arc Raiders occasionally runs special in-game events where map conditions are temporarily boosted. During these x2 Major Map Conditions, the likelihood of Rare and Legendary blueprints appearing is significantly increased. Be sure to keep an eye on these events to maximize your chances.
Crafting the Venator
Once you’ve secured the Venator blueprint, you’ll need to craft the weapon itself. To craft the Venator I, you'll need access to a Level 3 Gunsmith Bench, which is a prerequisite for crafting higher-tier weapons. Along with the blueprint and the Gunsmith Bench, you will also need the following materials:
2 Advanced Mechanical Components
3 Medium Gun Parts
5 Magnets
These materials are fairly common but can take some time to gather. The Advanced Mechanical Components and Medium Gun Parts are often dropped in high-value loot areas, while Magnets can be found in more general loot sources. Once you have all the materials and the blueprint, head to your Gunsmith Bench and craft the Venator I.
Weapon Details: The Venator
The Venator is a semi-automatic pistol designed for close-to-medium range combat. Its "Twin Shot" special trait is what sets it apart from other weapons in its class. The Twin Shot trait allows the Venator to fire two projectiles simultaneously while consuming only one unit of ammo. This trait makes it extremely effective in combat, especially in close quarters or against groups of enemies.
This powerful ability gives players a significant advantage in raids and PvP, as it increases damage output without the need for additional ammo. The Venator is popular among many players for its versatility and efficiency. However, it’s worth noting that the weapon has undergone balance changes in recent updates, so its effectiveness may fluctuate over time.
Venator’s Place in Combat
The Venator is most effective when used in medium-range combat, where its Twin Shot trait can hit multiple targets in quick succession. It’s less effective at long range due to its semi-automatic nature, but its ability to output double the damage per shot makes it an excellent choice in chaotic firefights.
Players who prefer a more aggressive playstyle or those who enjoy close-range combat will find the Venator to be a valuable tool in their arsenal. If you’re running a stealthy build or favor high mobility, the Venator can help you clear rooms or take down multiple targets without wasting ammo.
Should You Buy Arc Raiders Blueprints Online?
While many players enjoy the thrill of hunting for blueprints and crafting weapons themselves, others might prefer a faster route to obtaining the items they need. If you’re finding it difficult to get your hands on the Venator blueprint, you might consider buying Arc Raiders blueprints online from reputable sources. This option can save you time and ensure you get the exact blueprint you're looking for, without having to rely on RNG or farming specific locations.
However, be cautious when purchasing blueprints online. Always use trusted platforms to avoid scams and ensure you’re getting legitimate items. If you prefer the challenge of obtaining items in-game, the farming and crafting process can still be an enjoyable part of Arc Raiders.
The Venator blueprint is a Rare item in Arc Raiders that offers a powerful weapon with a unique trait, making it a must-have for many players. Acquiring the Venator blueprint requires patience and a bit of luck, but by focusing on high-value loot areas, running night raids, and taking advantage of x2 Major Map Conditions, you can improve your chances. Once obtained, the Venator I is a formidable weapon, especially for players who enjoy close-to-medium range combat. Whether you choose to hunt for the blueprint yourself or buy Arc Raiders blueprints online, understanding the crafting and acquisition process will help you make the most of this valuable item in your journey through Arc Raiders.
